You will be provided a span of 7 days to report any defects/missing parts on your item upon receiving your order.
If there are missing parts or defective parts on your item, we will try to ask for a “replacement part” only from our supplier. This may take some time to process the requested part, so a little patience is required until we acquire the said replacement.
Should you be receiving any non-working or defective electronic parts / components for your order, take note that we currently do not have a warranty or after-sales service for these types of issues.
Box and paint imperfections are beyond our control. We won’t allow replacement or exchange for this matter.
